Superior Chocolate will ship your package via UPS.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours.
The shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If you choose a guaranteed method of shipping such as 2nd day, please note that the delivery time will be from the actual time that the package is picked up by UPS from our warehouse.
There are no weekend or holiday deliveries. Therefore, if you place your order on a Thursday for 2nd-day delivery, your order will not ship until the following Monday.
For summer months or “heat sensitive” items, please refer to our Heat Warning.

Heat Warning:

Please allow up to three (3) business days for your order to ship. Many of our items are heat sensitive and we may delay your shipment to avoid melting. All orders are shipped via UPS. If an order contains heat sensitive items, it will be packed with cold gel packs which are good for up to 2 days. Therefore, we suggest customers upgrade to 2-day shipping for any order(s) that contain heat sensitive items. We will not ship out any order(s) where ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) falls on a weekend, holiday and/or it exceeds the 2-day window. No refunds given on melted items.
